Under Penal Code 1203.2, a judge may order a rearrest warrant over a suspected probation violation. If the judge releases the person before the revocation hearing, Penal Code 1203.25 makes own recognizance the default. A no-bail warrant leaves nothing to post.
Pomona police can serve another county’s warrant. Penal Code 821 lets a felony arrestee post the bail on it, and 822 lets the holding jail take bail on a misdemeanor one. Otherwise the requesting agency collects them, in most cases within five days.

Under Penal Code 1299.08, a bench warrant missing from the warrant system does not affect that arrest. Recovery agents need a state license.
Cash avoids the premium but ties up the warrant amount until the case ends. Under Penal Code 1297, a deposit someone other than the defendant made comes back whole after judgment, within 10 days of turning in the receipt. A bond costs a 10% premium the agency keeps in most cases.
